Enjoy the bounty of "the garden" while dining and shopping in Thanksgiving Point's quaint garden village. The Garden Emporium is a 13,000 square foot gift shop and The Garden Wall Restaurant offers elegant dining with fresh, American cuisine.
Children will love the North American Museum of Ancient Life (opening this summer), with its Extreme Screen Iwerks Theater and exhibit area. The museum showcases some of the longest and tallest dinosaurs ever discovered. More than 50 standing dinosaurs and 100 flying reptiles are displayed.
Education is the focus at the Agricultural Center's Animal Park and demonstration Vegetable Garden. Children can learn where food comes from and adults can learn improved methods of plant growth. Learning continues year-round in the large greenhouses and multiple classrooms.
